Coastal WHS & HR Services was created to help businesses make sense of workplace health and safety and human resources without the confusion and paperwork overload.
We know that most small business owners want to do the right thing but do not have the time or resources to deal with complicated safety/IR/HR language or generic templates that do not fit their work. That is where we come in.
We specialise in clear, practical WHS/HR documents that are written in plain English and tailored to how your business actually operates. Our focus is on documents your team can understand, follow, and use on site, not paperwork that sits in a folder.
Based on the Sunshine Coast QLD, we work with small businesses across the country, particularly in construction, trades, transport, and service industries. We take a friendly, no nonsense approach and work closely with you to make sure your safety documents are practical, compliant, and fit for purpose.
